The Pharmacy Benefit Manager Transparency Act of 2022

Introduced by Senators Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) and Maria Cantwell (D-Wash), the Pharmacy Benefit Manager Transparency Act of 2022 seeks to prevent “unfair and deceptive acts or practices” as well as the “dissemination of false information” related to PBM services.¹
