On June 15, the U.S. Supreme Court found unlawful a payment cut of about 30% that the Department of Health and Human Services applied to drugs purchased through the 340B drug pricing program and dispensed by certain hospitals paid under Medicare’s outpatient prospective payment system (OPPS).
