PRACTICAL NOTE FOR EXSISTING LAW
These statutes would benefit from additional clarification to strengthen its ‘Any Willing Provider Law’ requirements. As written, it may have some explicit applicability to physician dispensers, but the import of the ‘Any Willing Provider Law’ requirement should be strengthened.
