Makes it professional misconduct for a pharmacist to redispense any medication which has been previously dispensed.

PRACTICAL NOTE FOR EXISTING LAW
While not directly applicable to white or brown bagging, could be argued to create limitations on a pharmacist from accepting a product that has already been “dispensed” for purposes of redispensing. The strengths of this argument are somewhat weak, especially in the context of white bagging, when it’s debatable over whether redipsensing is occuring.
